Can be applied by renaming a Book & Quill in an anvil to "Open Book" (will retain texture when book is written in and when signed, however when signed it will not update the title and the enchant glint glitches out minorly.)
You can also apply "Knowledgeable" to a carved pumpkin and wear on your head.
