Changed all the hearts (except Wither), hunger, and armor bar textures!

• Redid shading of most heart textures and hunger melons
• Completely redid mount saddle health indicator to look better and more like minecraft saddles
• Transformed empty hunger melons to be more stylistically in line with my empty armor texture
• Tweaked armor shield shading
• Fixed empty armor slot textures (The format for those changed in 1.21.4 and I missed it, whoops!). Still compatible with earlier versions though
• Removed item texture tweaks (as is probably for the best in a GUI pack) to be moved to a separate pack hopefully releasing soon

I've titled this version 2.0 since it changes almost all of what 1.0 contained. I hope my enormous dedicated fanbase enjoys it!
