Flaming Tools

As of now, every Flaming Tools update will have a special name! The name will be related to whats in the update, similar to how minecraft names their updates. This update will be called the "Way To Hoe" Update, because the main thing it adds is hoe textures.

• Added textures for all hoe varients
• Changed eye of ender texture to match the ender pearl
• Changed magic partical effect
• Added wind charge texture
• Made 3D trident model have the custom texture
