Updated the pack to 1.21.4 to work with eyeblossoms, and added more mod support

  • Open and closed eyeblossoms are now also placed in clusters
  • Added mod support for Biomes o' Plenty, Atmospheric, Environmental, Nature's Spirit and Trailier Tales, and updated Wilder Wild support to work with new flowers
  • Updated the pack icon
  • [Technical] The base models used to make multiple flowers appear per block are now in their own namespace, flower_clusters, rather than the default minecraft one
