Gentle Villager Voices

Adjusts the relative frequency of villager sounds so that they are laughing a more appropriate amount of the time.

Also rather than manually including weighted silence sound slots, I now recommend using a mod that allows you to manually adjust mob sound frequencies. If you can't, then continuing to use the original version is appropriate! Vanilla Minecraft has villagers making idle sounds wayyyy too often.
