merged Caves and cliffs Pack -> 3D Driptstone & Amethyst

  • removed all the default models for all leaves except birch
  • 2:1 random factor for (flowering) Azalea
  • item_model support for Battle Mage & Invisible armor
  • no support for gilded & winter armor
  • moved sandwich to Ignacia Pack
  • added the Minecraft Dungeons Weapons with item models
