Rextextured the Copper set. Because of this, future updates will be exclusively for 1.21.9+. Backports are fine for your modpacks, I don't care.
Copper Knife (FD) and Fishing Rod (Tide) have also been added in advance in case those mods get updates for these versions.
Removed some block/Create textures which I thought were redundant and/or caused unnecessary inconsistencies with certain mods
Adjusted axe textures slightly
