Non C418 Songs have a higher chance of playing... before they were a bit too rare.

Original 13 songs can play in the End and the Nether, but very rarely.

Added music to the Warped forest, its tracklist is weird, and will most of the time not play any music.

Made Calm4 rarer. It's so rare, I've played the sound event hundreds of times and it has never played since the new values.
