This is a re-upload of the resource pack by RuiXuqi. All the work was done by him, only a few small changes were made here.

About
ModernityExtra is a resource pack for Minecraft 1.12.2, intended to supplement the ModernityAdjunct resource pack with more mod resources.
Most of the resources in the pack are not created by the authors but backported from modern versions — if you want to use them in other projects, check the original mod's license first. Some resources were created by the authors themselves and are licensed under MIT. The customized ModernityAdjunct (in /adjunct) is licensed under GNU.
There is no release plan on CurseForge or Modrinth due to countless license problems.
Found a bug or want to request a texture backport for a mod? See the Issues page. PRs are welcome too.
How to Get
For some reason, there will not be a new release for some time.
- Click the green
<> Codebutton, then Download ZIP to get a zip package of the repo. - Unzip the package in a proper path.
- Go to
ModernityExtra-dev/mainand compress the whole folder's contents (don't compress the folder itself!). The resulting zip is ModernityExtra itself. - Repeat the same steps with
ModernityExtra-dev/adjunctto get a modified version of ModernityAdjunct.
If necessary, you can also make fix packs and addition packs — they contain fixes for some forked mods or provide a different style.
How to Use
It is necessary to use the pack with Modernity, which provides support for vanilla textures. As opposed to that, it is not recommended to use it with regular ModernityAdjunct — use the customized version instead.
If you love the beautiful ocean water texture from modern Minecraft, use Ocean Water.
Recommended load order (bottom to top):
- Translation packs (for non-English users)
- Ocean Water
- Modernity
- ModernityAdjunct
- ModernityExtra
- Fix & addition packs
- Other resource packs
💡 If you are a non-English user and dislike the lang changes in ModernityExtra, put the lang pack above it.

О паке
ModernityExtra — ресурспак для Minecraft 1.12.2, созданный как дополнение к ресурспаку ModernityAdjunct с текстурами для большего числа модов.
Большая часть ресурсов не создана авторами пака, а портирована из современных версий игры — если планируете использовать их в других проектах, сначала проверьте лицензию оригинального мода. Часть контента создана авторами самостоятельно и распространяется по лицензии MIT. Кастомизированная версия ModernityAdjunct (папка /adjunct) распространяется по лицензии GNU.
Релизов на CurseForge или Modrinth не планируется из-за множества лицензионных сложностей.
Нашли баг или хотите попросить портировать текстуры для какого-то мода? Пишите в Issues. Pull request'ы также приветствуются.
Как получить
По некоторым причинам новых релизов в ближайшее время не будет.
- Нажмите зелёную кнопку
<> Code, затем Download ZIP, чтобы скачать архив репозитория. - Распакуйте архив в удобное место.
- Перейдите в папку
ModernityExtra-dev/mainи заархивируйте содержимое этой папки (не саму папку!). Получившийся архив и есть сам ModernityExtra. - Повторите те же шаги с папкой
ModernityExtra-dev/adjunct, чтобы получить модифицированную версию ModernityAdjunct.
При необходимости также можно собрать fix-паки и дополнительные паки — они содержат исправления для некоторых форкнутых модов или альтернативный стиль текстур.
Как использовать
Пак необходимо использовать вместе с Modernity, которая обеспечивает поддержку ванильных текстур. При этом использовать его вместе с обычной ModernityAdjunct не рекомендуется — вместо неё используйте кастомизированную версию из этого репозитория.
Если нравится текстура океанской воды из современных версий Minecraft — используйте Ocean Water.

💡 Если вы не англоязычный пользователь и не хотите менять язык интерфейса из-за ModernityExtra — поставьте языковой пак выше него.
