Myth's Better Hotbar

Version 3.2.0

• Updated pack.meta to the new format for 1.21.9 and so on.
• Last update. (Unless there are changes on how resource packs structured I won't be updating, instead I'll just mark the pack as compatible.)
• This one doesn't have the updated hotbar swapper texture for axiom. (Read the above changelog.)
