Okami Music Pack

Additions:

• Now supports YUNG's Cave Biomes.

Adjustments:

• Pack format was bumped to 26.3 (resource version 97.1).

• The Badlands biome music cue now uses the same cue as Desert, as opposed the Forest cue. I'm choosing to believe using the Forest cue was an oversight.

• Vanilla sounds.json was cleaned up by condensing most of the identical sound event lists into game event calls instead, reducing the file by ~500 lines.

• Support for The Aether, The Twilight Forest, and Biomes O' Plenty now uses game event calls as well to reduce sounds.json length.
