Changes

• The new, distinct Banner Pattern textures is now available to all 1.21.x versions, rather than 1.21.2+ only
• Changed the texture of Field Masoned Banner Pattern to avoid misleading (MC-278211)
• Brown Mooshroom in old model
  • Now it has the same horn as the red mooshroom
• Dark Oak & Cherry Sign/Hanging Sign items
• Spruce Hanging Sign item
• Water, both flowing and still
  • Now has a more consistent feeling with the pre-1.13 textures
• Fix for non-tint section of Leather Cap
  • Now it has a more natural transition and respects the original design

Removals

• Removed tint fix for leather horse armor. It will return when MC-274828 is officially fixed
