Night Release for 1.21.8+/26.x Support

Hey hey!! So sorry for not touching this pack in like, over a year! But I've been prettyyy busy with something big...

I am eternally greatful for the amount of love this pack has recieved within the last few months,, (4k downloads as of writing this omg @.@). For the update after this, I plan on supporting previous versions, since I personally find the pre-2.0 texture and models kinda...ugly. BUT ONCE AGAIN!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH <3

Additions:

• Support for Vanilla Emissives (this will only work in versions 28.1 and up)
• Added "on_shelf" Display Predicates to both Compass base models
  • Now they look like little gauges when placed in shelves!

PLEASE NOTE: This has yet to be tested with respackopts. Since I will need to wait for 26.3 to release and ofc,, it to be updated lol
