Respawn Cauldrons

Whats new?

• Added a new texture for Fire - Snow Layer (snow_layer_2). This creates a cool effect when the cauldron blows up, snow from the cauldron spreads across the floor in small layers. Check out the Gallery!
• Glowstone dust is now a Snowball! Unfortulately, you can't throw it.
• Replaced all Respawn Anchor charge sounds with a single Empty Powder Snow Bucket sound (the loudest one - empty_powder_snow1.ogg). You can find them in /sounds/block/respawn_anchor/ as chargeX.ogg.
