# SimpleHotbar SimpleHotbar replaces all the hotbar icons and the hotbar itself with simplified versions. ![The simplified hotbar](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/abc90d95a04ade99ccf6778c3d8d5a55fb51f5eb.png) [GitHub](https://github.com/ChargeUp03/SimpleHotbar/releases) ## Overview SimpleHotbar replaces the hotbar icons with cleaner, simplistic circles. Textures on the hotbar have also been turned flat. Hearts (both player and rideable animals), hunger, their status effects, armor, air, the XP bar, jump bar, and locator bar have all been redesigned, while keeping vanilla's colors. Hearts all have hardcore and blinking variants and all icons have transparent backgrounds. ![Some icons; armor, absorbing, hearts, and hunger](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/615cf784d3e84cdfc53da188d4f9b4512bf87a1b.png) *Some icons; armor, absorbing, hearts, and hunger* ## Installation [Minecraft: Java Edition](#minecraft-java-edition) | [Minecraft: Bedrock Edition](#minecraft-bedrock-edition) ### Minecraft: Java Edition **Install via Modrinth App** >*You can skip steps 1-2 if you opened the resource pack’s page on the Modrinth App* 1.
