Suting's GrabPack for plunger launche

This resource pack replaces the Plunger Launcher model from Create Aeronautics with the GrabPack from Poppy Playtime. In my opinion, the two are pretty similar in concept — both involve aiming and shooting a projectile that sticks to surfaces. So I thought it would be fun to give it a GrabPack makeover.

Note: This is purely a visual replacement. It does not add grabbing/pulling mechanics. The launcher still functions exactly as it does in the base mod — it can only trigger pressure plates, tripwires, and observers.
