Changes

Changes: Weather Vane, Anemometer, And Handheld Anemometer All Changed In There Item Form.

More Indepth: Made The Handheld Anemometer Look More Like A Normal Anemometer But In Your Hand (WOW How Would Have Thought), No Changes To The Put Down Versions Of The Anemometer.
