Wynncraft Vulkan fix

• Spell VFX is now up to date.
• Split the VFX transparency options to different downloads.
• Include most VFX textures in case I accidentally delete them again.

(feel free to use the vfx textures for any reason, no need to credit)

Wynncraft now support 26.2, which have build-in vulkan. So what next?

• Today I tested Wynncraft on vanilla 26.2 myself (switched API to Vulkan) and found that almost every core shader feature working fine, there are some issues which will be fixed once Wynncraft's team fully ported Wynn pack.
• Since Wynncraft Vulkan fix is half way though finishing its mission. The pack will remain as a temporary fix when installing VulkanMod until it can load core shader perfectly.
