Semi-hardcore, semi-anarchy. Version: 26.1.2
There are no land claims. There is no spawn protection. Griefing, stealing, and killing are allowed. And somehow, instead of turning into a wasteland, players built towns, families, economies and communities. Instead of an inescapable lava-casted mess, Spawn is an actual city.
Death actually matters on MCB. You don't have one life. Instead, you're born with 30 hearts of maximum health. Different deaths permanently remove different amounts of health. Being murdered by another player costs 5 hearts. Fall damage costs 4. Other deaths have their own consequences.
Reach zero? You're permanently dead.
MC: Bloodlines is invite-only, but invitations don't come from staff. They come from players.
When you join, two existing players give you invitation codes. One becomes part of your family lineage. The other determines where you're physically born into the world. So unlike a normal SMP where you spawn at 0,0, punch a tree and disappear 10,000 blocks away...
You are born next to another human being. You inherit a family name, a history. You have parents. You have grandparents. Eventually, you could have children of your own. And because the server has been running continuously, those generations actually start to mean something.
The world stays online 24/7. No seasons. No predetermined storyline. Just people being dropped into a strange hellish world and seeing what kind of civilization emerges.
