# About Revamped Recipes Revamped Recipes is a quality-of-life mod focused on improving and expanding Minecraft’s crafting and smelting recipes through logical, consistency-driven changes. The mod adds hundreds of new recipes and adjusts many vanilla ones to better reflect material usage and real gameplay needs. Crafting outputs are rebalanced with clear reasoning in mind — for example, stairs are crafted 1:1 with the materials used instead of losing material, and utility items are produced in more practical quantities. Revamped Recipes does not add new blocks, items, or mechanics.
