Adds crafting recipes to upgrade inks in Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.

Adds a way for mobs to drop Ink from Iron's Spellbooks. By default, Common Ink drops with a 20% chance. You can freely customize the drop count, rarity, and drop rate via the config.

This mod simplifies the Scroll Forge recipe from Iron's Spell Books. It replaces Crying Obsidian with Obsidian.
