Rubidium-Aether Chunk Fix 1.19.4

Install this instead of Rubidium 0.6.4. Current 1.19.4-dev build of Rubidium as of 8/28/2023 that includes PR #475, a fix for missing chunk loading when The Aether is also installed. Thanks to GitHub user bconlon1 for making this fix!
