This plugin is currently in beta development. The plugin includes when player is in AFK for 60 seconds the player starts spinning. To stop the player from spinning you'll have to click your mouse, crouch or shift, and sliighty move your mouse

It adds a new command for your command block which you use for your minecart rails or subway by placing any block that triggers the command block.
