這個數據包在做甚麼？ What does this datapack do?

在原版中，黑貓只會在滿月生成，而且在滿月，其他品種的貓也會生成。有了這個數據包，滿月就只有黑貓了。 In vanilla, black cats only spawn during the full moon, and other cat breeds also spawn during the full moon. With this datapack, the full moon only has black cats.
