I recommend to activate cheat to allow the command in the book to work. This data pack add a use to the dragon egg, 4 nether stars and 4 netherite block to craft the Admin Cheat Book that give overpower item and tool. We can or not use the orbital strike datapack for 1.21.1 / 1.20.1 https://modrinth.com/datapack/osc-dp 1.21.11 https://modrinth.com/datapack/orbital-strike-cannon-datapack

Only work in forge and Neoforge, I'm not sure for fabric and quilt
