Apple Enchant is a vanilla datapack that brings back Enchanted Golden Apples in a vanilla way. Players needs to be at least 30 levels to do the enchant process.

Crouching on an Enchanting table will slowly enchant Golden Apples in a player's inventory. This process costs 1395 XP which is the exact amount of 0 to 30 levels. You can cook Enchanted Golden Apples to get the XP back. Don't put them on a campfire since it can not drop XP. Enchanting Golden Apple

Shattered Golden Apple can be obtained by releasing stored experiences in an Enchanted Golden Apple. This is a new food item gives player a short time of decaying Resistance effect, but it does not regenerate health. Cooking Enchanted Golden Apples
