auto lucky block

This data pack will activate a lucky block for all players every 15 seconds. And it will display the countdown to the activation of the lucky block on the players' action bar (above the hotbar).

Once the data pack is enabled, it will provide players with infinite night vision, make them glow, and enable the feature of keeping items upon death.
