📖 Description

Automaticons are little helpers which will help you farm ressources for your building projects. No matter if you want to farm stone, chicken, or redstone - with 205 different Automaticons to collect, there is at least one for every type of player out there. They can either be found in the loot chests of three newly added structures or as a new trade for the wandering trader. Making them a reward for players who like to explore the world.

As an admin you have full control over the Automaticons on your server/world. Nearly any aspect of them is easily configurable through a chat settings menu. Wether you want to change the amount of automaticons a player can place, the time between payouts or the max amount of items per payout, you can tweak it!

This datapack was written with usage on servers in mind. Therefore it is very lightweight and should not affect performance much. The three added structures are also compatible with Terralith biomes.

🛠️ How to

The datapack just needs to be installed. There is nothing else you have to do. It just works out of the box.

But if you want to tweak the settings of Automaticons, you can do so within the chat settings menu. Simply use the command below to open the settings.

Automaticons start producing items as soon as they have been placed. They can be taken down again by simply punching it in the empty space between the nametag and the head. The player who breaks it gets an item to set it up again.

Heads of Automaticons can be swapped with another one. Every other slot is locked.

If you want to use the Automaticon Items in other ways then what is provided (structures/wandering trader), you can make use of either the loot tables themselves, or the give commands I did setup for each Automaticon.

Each Automaticon farms the item which it is holding in it's offhand (left hand) and which is shown in the title of each automaticon. Automaticons are divided into ten categories - Dirt, Flower, Food, Misc, Mob, Nether, Ocean, Ore, Stone and Wood. Below you'll find a list what types of Automaticons are included in each category.
