Major Changes to Oil Lakes
- Lakes may now spawn on the surface
- Lakes may now spawn on all Ad Astra Planets
- Lakes on Deepslate Level now Spawn correctly
- Lakes will now spawn slightly more often inside Caves
- Port of the mod to datapack allowed by the removal of placeholder blocks
