A simple datapack that buffs Zombie Horses and Skeleton Horses to have comparable stats to a max horse. Skeleton Horses are very fragile, but very fast. Zombie Horses are slower, but very very tanky. And also don't kick you off underwater anymore. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ZOMBIE HORSES SPAWN, A SEPERATE DATAPACK WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THAT
