Big Globe Compat - YUNG's Better Nether Fortresses

This datapack adds YUNGs Better Nether Fortress to the terrain generation at lava level for Big Globe.

The structure spawning at lava level while harder to reach looks far more natural than allowing it to spawn at any y-level. The vanilla nether structure still spawns at any y-level.
