Blastback
Explosions happen. The world rebuilds.
Blastback is a configurable Minecraft datapack that records blocks before an explosion and reconstructs the damaged area afterward—one block at a time.

- Preserves chest inventories and block-entity data
- Supports overlapping and chained explosions
- Combines nearby explosions into one restoration
- Prevents duplicated explosion drops
- Leaves pre-existing dropped items untouched
- Pauses rebuilding while nearby explosions are still active
- Supports configurable placement speed and intervals
- Provides per-dimension explosive controls
- Includes an interactive settings

Performance notice
Blastback prioritizes reliable capture and restoration. Large or highly simultaneous explosions can temporarily increase server load. Server owners should select sensible restoration settings for their hardware.
