Blastback — Hotfix 1

• Fixed unreliable normal and charged creeper detection.
• Creepers are now tracked continuously and only create restoration jobs after confirmed explosion damage.
• Prevented cancelled or manually killed creepers from creating false restoration jobs.
• Improved simultaneous-explosion and overlapping restoration handling.
• Renamed the project and release files to Blastback.
• Settings books are no longer automatically given to every player.
• Operators can obtain the book with /function erb:admin/give_settings.
• Updated the book to clearly credit Scommander’s original Explosion Rebuilder Datapack as inspiration.
