New Enchantment: Bleeding

This adds a new 'Bleeding' enchantment (Max Level 3). Higher levels increase the chance to apply the bleeding effect to your target.

How it works: The bleeding effect lasts for 8 seconds. It doesn't do anything on its own, but if a bleeding entity tries to attack a player, it gets completely paralyzed (AI disabled) for 1 second and takes 5 Wither damage.

Combat Tip: A good strategy is to inflict bleeding and then just block their attack with a shield to safely trigger the damage.

PvP: If a player gets the bleeding effect and tries to attack, they will get Blindness and strong Slowness for 1 second instead of being completely paralyzed.

Survival: You can obtain this enchantment normally in vanilla survival just like any other enchantments.
