Added /trigger up set {num}. For example:
/trigger up set 5 will teleport you up 5 blocks.
Added /trigger avoid and /trigger dont-avoid.
/trigger avoid will specify which blocks not to overwrite. For example, if you set it to air, then when using set or other block placement commands, it will not overwrite air.
/trigger dont-avoid returns the behavior to normal.
Added /trigger line, which creates a line of blocks from Pos1 to Pos2.
