Bulk Color PokéBalls

This Datapack makes it so you can use the Bulk Coloring mechanic from Create: Dragons Plus on the pokéball lids from Cobblemon: Create Industries (3D Production Models).

Using the Dye fluids in front of a fan will like always start the bulk coloring. Which now also works on the pokéball lids. It follows the exact recipes the Cobblemon Create Industries already had, but instead of using the dye on it you can now blow it with the dye liquid.
