Cobblemon Updated Champions Abilities/Moves

Currently, Cobblemon does not have updated champions formatted abilities or moves.

For example: Shadow Claw, Dragon Claw, or Slash are not consider slicing moves, or snipe shot has 85 power but in cobblemon its 80 power

With this datapack, it updates those moves and abilities to up to date champions moves and abilities, where first impression goes from 90 base power to 100, the claw moves i noted above are consider slicing moves, allowing mega absol z to take advantage of sharpness boosted shadow claw.

Only Move I was unable to update was Revival Blessing where it would revive the pokemon's mega state so if a mega pokemon dies, using revival blessing would bring back a pokemon in their mega state.

This datapack/mod adds new moves that pokemon gain from champions. It follows a TM -> TM does not exist in cobblemon then egg move system, for example: Swampert gets wave crash in pokemon champions, it is not a existing tm in cobblemon thus becomes an egg move, this effects the entire mudkip line where mudkip can get wave crash as an egg move.
