- Updated name for uthipacks.installed | removed line that automatically enabled Mob Loot
- Bountied bounty compasses now have the same rarity as unbountied bounty compasses
- obtaining an eye of ender now gives you the recipes for the bounty compass
- fix #1: Bounty Bundle is called a Bounty Compass
