Added missing spawns (Tympole line, Walking Wake, Vikavolt... etc. All 1025 species were processed, result distilled)
Fixed alot of existing spwans
It seems like vikavolt spawn was wrong all the time since the author's pack release with it (around 2 years, hello?)
Removed conflicting spawn files that are already present in Cobblemon 1.7.1
Properly integrated Hydro's pack riding update
We loved Kale's Deoxys, so it makes its gorgeous return
Hisuian Growlithe is Hisuian again
Alot of internal pack structure optimizations, that will allow us to work more comfortable and lose/add less/more stuff
