What it looks like to investigate yourself, you can do this by crouching for a few seconds and using the spyglass

"Health moments before death" the number is hovered over, showing "62", meaning "0.62" health moments before death. I didn't die to drowning either, I died to a spider, but it's impossible to tell just by autopsy. The corpse is tiny because I died tiny.

What autopsies can look like, you can pretty much figure out what happened here just based on what's seen in the screenshot. But I'll lay it out anyway; The cow was killed instantly, by a mob no less, THREE seconds ago, so basically I just speared the cow

A fake raid

I mean all these images are staged, but it's basically to represent what it CAN look like, you can recreate this yourself by simply starting a raid and killing mobs nearby one another. I DIDN'T kill that nitwit though. I'm not that cruel.

REVIVE him! Throwing the totem of undying at him brought him back to life! Make sure to leave and rejoin so he doesn't *look* dead >:/

[OLD] Autopsy

Using the spyglass, you may now see not just *when* they died, but also *who* their killer is. Well.. if something else like a falling anvil kills them within 5 seconds, it'll still FRAME the poor sap that hurt em. But let's be real; GUILTY as charged

[OLD] Configs

Well okay I found a "bug" now, since the corpse still has the hitbox, you can't actually place down the dirt block needed without using other methods like pistons or placing the blocks beforehand
