Craft An Elytra

I made Elytra craftable in this datapack.

I tried to make it have sense, so the phantom membranes repair elytras so it makes sense, feathers because chickens kinnnnnda fly... string to keep together and dragon breath to.. give it the power maybe?? I don't know XD
