Crafting Table Recipe for Light Block

You can now craft the Light Block, perfect for survival worlds who want this obtainable in a vanilla friendly way.

You can also use the stonecutter to cycle through the different light modes, because outside of Creative / cheats there is currently no way to toggle the light level.
