I was tired of the sandstone of my "redstone ready" world, and i like coral This does that, it generate an infinite Coral Reef world with the sea lvl at Y=-32, leaving you with ~350 block for your creative expression !
And ! it is as laggy as a normal Superflat world .. AKA ,not laggy at all!
The way its acheived is by making a warm biome only world, tho after 1.18 this generally turn into a desert so i played with the final density values to lower the whole terrain, i think u can do it with the depth values too i had better result with the former, also removed the noise for cave pillars since they created very ugly terrain, then because warm_ocean isnt a coral biome per say i just increased the noise of Coral reef generation
Some feature missing/issue currently:
-sky get dark under y=62 (havent figured how to add the superflat settings for it)
-every like ~3000 block small island generate because of stronghold (im too lazy to change that)
-No fish would spawn outside of glow_squid
-Spawn is at Y=62 but the ocean is at Y=-32 so you fall on load (honestly kinda cool; keeping it)
-probably something more im forgeting...
Its made for creative world purpose as a relaxing background to look at, so most of these arent rly bothering.
There are probably better way to acheive this, but its been many years that im looking for something like this and it hasnt been made yet ! So i thought i would make a scuffed version of it.
If you have a better way to do it, feel free to do so, send me a poke or something on discord so i can check it out !

I probably wont be making more version of it unless it fully breaks, it work for 1.21 by changing the pack version format to 48, (trial chambers spawns and i forgot how to remove structures spawn).
For version up/downgrade, I suggest pregenerating the world in 1.20.1 to a size you will never reach, then removing the datapack and updating the world to desired version, upgrade generally cause no issue, downgrade at your own risk from experience its pretty laggy because the game check and skip/delete every illegal block of every chunck and it create light issues. Under 1.18 you can get a similar result just by doing a custom world vanilla so this datapack shouldnt be needed
