Cushions Work Like Boats

Forces some mobs to sit onto cushions. Only works for mobs that can be pushed into boats. This also seems to include items.

Additonal Detals

• Limited to only one mob per cushion.
• The nearest mob within one block of a cushion sits.
• This is only if the cushion is unoccupied.
