Summon the Dark Magician into your Cobblemon world!
This datapack adds the legendary spellcaster from the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe as a Psychic / Dark legendary, with custom moves, abilities, riding and its own animations.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT:

  • Requires Mega Showdown for the custom moves and abilities.
  • Must be installed in both the datapack and resourcepack folders.
  • Spawns as an ultra rare encounter at night. Check the Spawn Details below.
๐Ÿ“ฅ Installation Instructions

Singleplayer:

  • Place the .zip file into /saves/[WORLDNAME]/datapacks
  • Place the .zip into /resourcepacks
  • Enable in-game via ESC โ†’ Options โ†’ Resource Packs

Servers:

  • Place the .zip into /world/datapacks
  • (Folder name may differ, e.g. myworld or custom)
  • If unsure, consult your host's guide on adding datapacks.

Every Player must also have the .zip installed as a Resource Pack.

  • Best practice: each player installs it manually.
  • You can use a server resource pack, but Cobblemon add-ons can be finicky with that.

Custom

  • Supreme Magician: Psychic- and Dark-type moves deal ร—1.3 damage. The user only takes damage from attacks, so it's immune to indirect damage like weather, poison, burn, recoil and entry hazards.

  • Magic Cylinder: Whenever the user is hit by an attack, the attacker takes ยผ of the damage dealt. The user's special moves deal ร—1.2 damage.

32 Magic Blast Psychic Special 100 100 Gathers magic power in the staff and fires it as a surging blast of energy. 30% chance to lower the target's Sp. Def by 1.
40 Dark Magic Curtain Dark Status โ€” โ€” The user pays ยผ of its max HP to sharply raise its Sp. Atk by 2 and its Speed by 1.
46 Afterworld Warp Dark Status โ€” โ€” +4 priority. Opens a warp that swallows an incoming attack this turn, then fires that same attack back at the attacker with 1.5ร— power. Fails more often if used in succession.
52 Dark Magic Attack Dark Special 110 100 Shatters the target's Reflect, Light Screen and Aurora Veil before striking.
60 Heka Surge Psychic Status โ€” โ€” Awakens the magic power honed within its soul, raising Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by 1 and restoring ยผ of its max HP.
