Changelog

Added Zombified Piglin leader variant (120hp, high armor and damage. Constantly loses hp when actively targeting another entity. Takes 250% fall damage)
Added Arrow of Decay (Inflicts Wither for 30 seconds). Shapeless. Costs 1 arrow, wither rose, soul sand, soul soil for 16 arrows of decay. (As with all custom recipies. Unlocks upon killing your first leader enemy)
NOTE: This item will be removed if Mojang ever adds an official way to get Arrows of Decay on Java Edition.
Added a new Advancement for killing a Damned Ghast with a fireball. (Better learn how to reflect fireballs!)
Empowered Maces now give +1 Entity Interaction Range (To better justify the high upgrade cost)
Veteran Skeletons can now spawn in the Nether as well as an alternative to a Withering Soul.
Greater Endermen and Hell Endermen can now spawn in the End as well as an alternative to Void Endermen.
Hell Endermen and Void Endermen now have their own custom textures. (ETF and MTF required to see them as well as putting a copy of the Datapack in your resource pack folder)
Hell Endermen are no longer are constantly on fire.
Void Endermen now have smoke particles instead of end rod particles.
Updated the Datapack loading message. Also changed some of the new message to inform the user about being able to use the datapack as a resource pack for custom textures with ETF and MTF installed.
Reduced Leader spawn chance (4% -> 3.5%) (As more "leader" enemies are added they will become more common since more mobs can spawn as them)
