✨ Major Improvements: Disables now also Ender Pearls entering portals, fixed edge cases on fill range, improved performance and updated documentation.

Details:

• Ender Pearls: Ender Pearls will now also destroy Nether and End portals
• Fill Range: When building a Nether portal at the lowest or highest point of the world, the range of the fill command would be outside the world boundaries and throw an error. Now the range gets changed dynamically to the entities position.
• Performance: Made the size of scans smaller from 5x5x5 to 5x4x5 blocks, which reduces the amount of checks by ~20%.
• Documentation: Updated the documentation accordingly.
