Duplicatable Pottery Sherds

• Stable release of version 3.2-beta

• updated to datapack version 48 for compatibility with Minecraft 1.21-pr3
• added supported formats tags for versions 46-48 (inclusive) to allow compatibility from MC 1.21-pr1+

• updated datapack version to 47 for MC 1.21-pr2 compatibility

• updated datapack version to 46 for 1.21-pr1 compatibility
• updated folder naming structure based on datapack version changes (recipes -> recipe; etc)
• added new duplication recipes for 1.21 pottery sherds: flow, guster, and scrape

This is an experimental beta version of the datapack repackaged by modrinth as a mod for fabric, forge, and quilt mod loaders.
