6 New Outfits (4 regular and 2 special)

New animations for all of them

Slight change to the Leafeevee texture (and the others too) due to a visual glitch where looking up at the Eevee would remove the rim of the hat.

Gave them all actual pokedex numbers because I forgot to last time

Don't forget to put this in both your world's data pack folder and your resource pack folder!
