End Game Totems

Minor update, changed pack icon. Fixed some small things. Shouldn't be noticeable or noteworthy on users end.

Properly implemented custom model data for fallback textures when the resource pack isnt installed. If you're using the packaged mod this wont effect you at all. Simply added for polish.

• Updated placeholder textures. Still placeholder textures and still planning to update them in the future when I have more time
